Short term room available in quiet house.
Must GENUINELY love dogs - I have a 35kg adolescent dog, he will be very excited when you come in, I’d like someone who is as pleased to see him as he is them.

Quiet living - no stomping, slamming, or flouncing. No shouting, especially not at my dog. I can’t live with someone who I don’t trust with Pippin.

I go to bed early, I get up early - if you’re a night owl, late night phone shouter, like to get your steps in running up and down the stairs in your boots whilst flapping and shouting at my dog we aren’t compatible.

Preference given to someone who won’t leave the bathroom like a crime scene and doesn’t think the kitchen sink is a waste disposal unit.

It’s not HMO, it’s a lodger agreement, not a tenancy.

It’s a quiet area, close to city, train station, buses, both universities. You’ll get a double room, a large chest of drawers, desk and double bed. A large cupboard in kitchen, fridge and freezer space.
