I’m looking for a lodger to share my clean and comfy house. It’s a work in progress im decorating slowly.

Smoking or vaping is outside only — there’s a shed if the weather’s grim.

I’m looking for a considerate, clean, and easy-going adult. Someone who doesn’t have to be asked to clean the bathroom/kitchen after themselves and is happy to share cleaning.

Oh, and I have a 10 week old puppy - so I’m looking for someone who is a genuine dog lover and actually wants to be in a house with a dog, not ‘don’t mind dogs’ or tolerate :) - this is a deal breaker -

I’m happy to negotiate shorter term lets, please contact me for a price adjustment.
