Nice furnished room in a quiet cul-de-sac

The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac off another cul-de-sac. The room overlooks the back garden. It is fully furnished with a single storage bed, night stand, chest of drawers, hanging rods in the closet, club chair, table desk and desk chair. You will have to provide your own sheets and blankets. You'll have your own refrigerator and a cupboard in the kitchen and you can use my dishes etc, but I ask that you clean up after yourself. I have three cats who have the run of the house, so you must not dislike nor be allergic to cats. There is a full bath across from your room and a toilet downstairs. There is ample free parking on the street on a first come, first serve bases. The cost is £500 a month with a £100 damage and cleaning deposit. Utilities, gas, electric, water, WiFi and Netflix are all included.
