Kitchen and Bathroom are shared , there is a drying area outside for washed clothes. The property is bright and close to shop and bus stops , there is parking places outside. Would suit daytime workers but shift workers may be considered. You are welcome to bring visitors but no over night stays unless agreed with me beforehand. Quiet time after 11 at night 12 at the weekend. A relaxed easy going atmosphere looking for tenant who has similar attitude. People with alcohol or drug dependency need not apply. Rent is inclusive of all bills . if moving out a months notice would be required. I'm out a bit so you would have space to yourself.
