A bright, sunny room with a large window; the room is furnished with a single storage bed, a built-in open closet, a dresser, two comfy chairs, small table, small coffee table, a double bed would fit. The table is suitable for a computer or sewing machine etc. The room measures 11'6" x 11'. I've arranged the bedroom so the bed is snuggled into the alcove, and the seating area is under the window, but you will be free to do what you please with the furniture, like move the bed and turn the alcove into an office area, etc.

Located in the Ashurst neighborhood of Skelmersdale, it's about a two minute walk to a bus, and small shopping area, and a 20 minute walk to major shopping. buses go to Ormskirk, Liverpool and Manchester. About a 20 minute drive to Ormskirk and 40 minutes to downtown Liverpool and Manchester. It's about 3 hours from London. It would be a good place for someone working in Ormskirk, Manchester or Liverpool or the surrounding area as busses and trains. get you anywhere. There is plenty of street parking if you have a car.

You would be sharing the whole house with us, which includes a shared bath upstairs near the bedroom and a powder room downstairs a living room, and a kitchen, a small fridge and a cabinet would be exclusively for your use, There is a washing machine in a utility room. A terraced back garden is in the back.

We're asking $75 a week for rent or £290 per month. You'd share the cost of gass and electric, we take care of water, and you'd be welcome to use our wifi...we also have Netflix. which you would have access to.

We don't demand much from a roommate, just the ability to pay the rent on time, someone who cleans up after themselves when they use the kitchen and can keep the room relatively tidy, and a non-smoker.
