Double bedroom in lovely, quiet home 🏡

The house is FY8 postcode but is located by Squires Gate. I own a 3 bedroom property and live here alone with my fluff ball Japanese Akita dog. The area is quiet and a stone throw away from the sea front, supermarket, bus, tram and train stops. I work full time and my home is my sanctuary. I like a clean and relaxing living space. I am happy to open my home up to the right person. I work / am busy a lot, so it means the home is your own regularly. I have rented the room to 2 different tenants over the last 2 years and it has worked really well. But please only get in touch if you are a clean, tidy, noise conscious and respectful housemate.

Double room available. Furnished with a nice quality double bed, double wardrobe, drawers and bedside table. The house contains, main bathroom, downstairs toilet, living room, kitchen, garden and driveway - all would be shared. I have rented this room out for the previous year and the current girl is due to move out at the end of July.

All bills included and decent WiFi included.

References and deposit required. Ideally someone who is in a role where a DBS is active.
