Modern Nice Apartment, good location

Modern clean massive bedroom. 75 inch Hisense 4K Smart TV on the wall. Free good connection and fast WiFi. I travel the world most of the year so if you are sharing with me you would hardly ever see me and basically have the full apartment to yourself. My bathroom is always clean. I clean my toilet daily and I expect you also to make sure the bathroom is clean. I will not tolerate p*ss or anything else on the floor or toilet seat. Everything has to be clean and shiny. My bed is in the other room. There is small couches in there for you to use as well. It's £470 per month for the very large room. However if you want the full apartment to yourself and me not there it's £1000 per month. If you pay £470 per month then I will be home sometimes, coming back from my travels. If you don't me coming back ever and to never share and never live with me its £1000 per month. But if you want to share and I will be in the other room its £470 per month. I will be away travelling from September until December. Its a very private apartment so I will not bother you or enter your room. I am preferably looking for someone to move in end of August or 1st of September. Electric and gas will be paid by me when I am there sharing but if I am not there, you will have the electrix and gas top up cards. Which is only £20 per week in total for both. Water bill, council tax and tv license is paid by me. You would only have to cover £20 per week gas and electric with top up cards when I am not there sharing.
