I'm the resident homeowner looking for a considerate lodger to share my home. This is a family home rather than a traditional house share, so I'm looking for someone who values a quiet, respectful living environment.

Shared kitchen facilities
Your own fridge-freezer (located in the shared kitchen)
Shared use of all other kitchen appliances

You will also have shared use of the bathroom, living room, and other household facilities.

On-street parking is available.

About the Household

I live here full-time. My children stay over some weekends (they share a room), so the house is generally calm during the week and a little livelier on some weekends.

I'm looking for someone who is respectful of family time and considerate when sharing common areas. This would best suit someone who enjoys a relaxed, tidy home rather than a busy social house share.

This is a lodger arrangement with a resident landlord.

Conveniently located in Bacup, close to local shops, amenities and public transport links.

Rent & Deposit
Rent: £450 per calendar month
Deposit: £450 (equivalent to one month's rent)
All bills included (gas, electricity, water, broadband and Council Tax)

The deposit will be returned at the end of the lodger agreement, subject to the room being left in good condition and any outstanding rent or agreed charges being settled.
