This is a modern newish build house with garden and garage in a beautiful little village with a real community feel. It is 5mins drive to the M55. It situated 10 minutes from Victoria Hospital, Stanley Park, Poulton and Blackpool. The bedroom will be furnished with double bed, wardrobes and drawers and TV. The house has 1 bathroom with a downstairs WC as well.
I have a long term lodger occupying one of the rooms. The room available is the front facing main double bedroom. My preference would be for a professional male/female. To note no overnight guests permitted - this is agreement ifor the lodger only.
It is well equipped with everything needed to simply move in - you could have use of most accessories within the home.
I am a clean and tidy person and so I would expect the housemate to be respectful and endeavour to maintain their areas suitably.
