I have a double room to rent in my large victorian build in central Todmorden.
You would be sharing with me and my 7 year old daughter who will be here half the time throughout the week. (both have our own bedrooms)
The room is very big and has a wood burner - at the moment it is red but your very welcome to decorate how you like!
There is a shared bathroom, large kitchen and a very large living room space upstairs which is where I have a studio. There is a space for another studio if you require for an extra £50 per month.
There is a basement for storage and a garden/yard.
I work as a seamstress/artist and work from home so I am usually upstairs in the studio.
We are right in town and less than 5 minute walk to the train station, close to all the shops.
