Large double room close to town centre

Very spacious room available in a house with me, my very quiet, greedy greyhound and one cat.
The room is furnished with a double bed, lots of fitted wardrobes and a bookshelf. The house is in quiet street with free on-street parking. It's less than 10 minutes' walk to Todmorden shops, train station and bus station.
The house has WiFi, central heating, a washing machine, dishwasher, bath and shower. There's a large basement to store bulky items and a small garden which is a real suntrap in the summer.
I work in Manchester three days a week, so get up and go to bed early on those days. I try to be clean and tidy, but don't always manage to clear up immediately if I'm busy or tired.
I ask that the kitchen is kept meat-free please.
