This is a beautiful room and house, with fantastic views, a real fire place and open plan kitchen and front room.
It has full central heating, underfloor heating, hot water always directly available and a small garden.
You would be renting with one other lovely lady.

The house faces south and catches the sun all day. There is no walk through in front of the house to anywhere but the next house so it is very quiet. Yet it is still just a relaxed eight to ten minute walk to the train station.
The house is a hundred meters up the hill, not far from the Tudor Chippy, which is not far from the Cricket pitch, it is not so high that it makes it tiring to get to, but high enough to get lovely views.
The house has all mod cons and storage space and a lovely small garden.
Plus just a few steps up and behind are the best woods and hill walks in Todmorden.

Todmorden is a brilliant place to live, not too big , not too small. Famous for incredible edible, healthy living and people being nice to each other. It has great parks and schools and community life and living in this house is a fantastic and affordable way to be here.
