Cosy double room available in a friendly, tidy flat share. Parking available, bus route very nearby. 5 minute drive to Preston town centre or a 15 minute walk. Less than 5 minutes to the motorway with easy links to Chorley, Blackburn, Manchester, Blackpool and Liverpool.


Small double bedroom with wardrobe, wall mounted cupboard and ottoman bed storage. We are happy to add or remove furniture to suit whomever takes the room.
The living room is large and and we have a great garden set up with garden room that could also be used for working from home. The kitchen has a comfortable nook with it's own tv which is ideal for studying, working or just chilling out whilst you cook.
We do have a small dog but if your'e not fond of dogs ignore him and he will ignore you, he adjusts well to new people.
We are looking for friendly, clean and mature people preferably with experience in shared housing.
We do enjoy socialising and are a friendly bunch but are equally comfortable with people who like their own space.
We keep pretty regular hours and would prefer people with similar traditional working hours, unfortunately that means no night shift workers.
We do want whoever joins us to feel at home here so let us know what your'e looking for and we can try accommodate.
Ideally we want to hear from people that have a spare room profile with a bit of info about themselves so we can get a first impression.
