Hi im Meghana. I will be your live in landlady. I'm searching for another lodger to share my beautiful four bedroom home with myself (55 ) and my cute friendly little 2 dogs.
I'm friendly, very tidy, mature but also love to have a good laugh.

Looking for:
Someone clean, tidy, respectful and friendly. It would be ideal NHS workers or professional, recent graduate or anyone looking to move away from home.

STRICTLY NO SMOKING & DRINKING.

Rooms:
One double bedroom available has a double bed with a wardrobe and side tables & double bed.

About the house:
This property is beautiful old built with a south-facing garden, with large fields and overlooking the canal bridge. Leeds and Liverpool canal is on the door steps. So ideal for walkers, runner or cyclists.

Large living room and kitchen, with amenities such as washing machine, oven fridge freezer etc. There is a bathroom on the first floor, whereby only yourself and me will be sharing. There is also a downstairs toilet.

There are four parking spaces around the front of the house along with plenty of spaces

All bills are included!

The house is located right few steps away from the canal. So, ideal for canal walkers and bike riders. Best pubs like Malt house farms and Top_Lock at the walking distance...

The transport links are ideal for direct travel to Manchester, Chorley, Exton and Buckshaw village train station is 2.9 miles.
