Double bedroom available with live in landlord

Looking for another female profesional, that is trustworthy and sensible. I currently work in education.

Double bedroom available, currently have a large wardrobe and 3 small draws in the room with a small mirror. Option to have a double bed. There is currently no bed, open to individuals furnishing the room. The room is the bigger room out of the bedrooms. There are two toilets and one bath/shower.
Access to washing machine.

I have a cat that is allowed out of the house. She is very friendly and loving.

Off street parking and access to loft if required.
