Large room in the area of aylestone

We currently have a couple of lovely spacious rooms that has been redecorated, in the Aylestone area on Aylestone rd. Its a great location and 20 minutes walk to centre and the Leicester royal infirmary.

We have a few double rooms available and the house is clean and peaceful where we are looking for quiet and considerate housemates who want an independent feel.

This would ideally suit people who want a quiet and considerate household and looking for something on a budget with a more independent feel and more times then not just want there own space.

The rooms are all bills even broadband. We have a cleaner who visits weekly also.

We have been established over 21 years so we are hands on :-) please note we are private landlords and not an agent.

Its a lovely part of leicester and bus routes and main links to city centre and motorways.
