Looking for a peaceful, central place to live? We have a spacious double room available immediately in our Oakham town centre apartment. The Costs & Rules: Rent: £400/month for a single person | £600/month for a couple.

Bills: All bills included (Rent covers monthly utilities and Wi-Fi completely).

Deposit: £300. Important: The room features a double bed only. The apartment cannot accommodate extra furniture or excess storage. We kindly ask that applicants do not bring a heavy amount of extra luggage or large items.

The Home Environment: We are a family of three: a couple and our wonderfully calm, quiet 4-month-old baby girl. Our home is relaxed and clean. We are looking for a housemate who values a quiet, tidy living environment and are ideally seeking a single female.

Parking: No on-site parking, but we can adjust timings to help you drop things off. A paid parking lot is located right next door for only £40 a month.
