My house is a beautiful villa terrace, cosy with original period features, including double glazed sash windows and a roaring fire in the lounge!
My place is close to UOL, Victoria park, Clarendon Park / Queens road, pubs, bars and beautiful local trinket shops. 25 mins walk from Leicester city centre / 10 min bus.
Large double bedrooms available. Bedrooms are fully furnished with double wardrobes, double beds, full length mirror, tv, side tables, drawes & even a welcome plant - among other furnishings (own furnishings welcome).
All bills included (including Netflix & Virgin Tv / recording) new Superfast Virgin cabling installed 2024.

A friendly house. I also have a beautiful house cat, Boy George. The Birman, playful, loves being picked up and smothered with love - the main selling point when you meet him, lol.

I am a young (debatable at 34 hahah) professional, bright, bubbly and easy to get along with. I enjoy the gym, 👨‍🍳 ing, visiting family especially my 1yr old twin niece and nephew & road biking a lot.
