Single room to let in popular Clarendon Park area. Within easy walking distance of Leicester University and the bars and shops of Queens Road. Rent is inclusive of bills. This house is perfect for a mature academics who wants to study in a quiet environment. Phd, or Masters Degree. The house is shared between Rebecca, a professional girl, and myself, the home owner, a Photographer and Writer. I am here for about half the week, but often live at my partner's house nearby. The area is quiet, but parking is difficult, especially during the University term. There is a Resident's Parking Scheme in operation between 09.30 and 10.30 Mon-Fri. The house has good central heating and you would have use of kitchen, bathroom, sitting room and fast cable broadband. There is no TV, but there is a TV license so okay for iPlayer etc. A cleaner comes once a week so the house is always clean and tidy. All bills are included.
