The property is a stones throw from the shops, petrol station and famous chip shop grimsby fisheries. And a 5 min walk from the bars and shops of Queens road. Victoria park is 10 mins walk away. There is a 47/49 Arriva bus stop across the road that takes 15 mins to the train station and 20 mins to the city centre. There is plenty of space on the road to park your car but you need a permit for £35/year. If you park around the corner then it’s free.
