Hi, I’m looking for a female student to take over my tenancy in Leicester for the 2026/27 academic year due to an unexpected change in my university circumstances.
The house is on Montague Road, LE2, only around a 6-minute walk from the University of Leicester campus.
£136 per week, including bills.
The £300 deposit has already been paid by me and does not need to be paid again, and I have also already covered the summer payment.
You would be living with two other female students, so we are looking for another girl to join the house.
The property is a spacious 4-bedroom house with a large kitchen/dining area, separate living room and bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with a bed, wardrobe and desk.
Key details:
£136 per week including bills
No £300 deposit to pay
Summer payment already covered
Approximately 6-minute walk from University of Leicester
Living with two other female students
Furnished bedroom
Large kitchen/dining area

The tenancy takeover will be arranged officially through the letting agency/landlord, so everything will be properly transferred into the new tenant’s name.
Please message me if you’re interested or know someone who is still looking for accommodation in Leicester. I’m happy to send more photos/videos and provide any other details
