I'm moving out of this lovely little house in a very quiet little street in clarendon park. The location is great - 5 min walk from Victoria park, a bus stop a 2 min walk away, and cosy bars and shops and cafes just around the corner. The house is tucked away down a side street so it's still very quiet at night despite the great location.
You would have a double room and access to the bathroom which is for private use as the other room has an en suite. Then there is the kitchen, living room, and middle room where the spare fridge and tumble drier are. The kitchen has all the amenities you need. There is a small patio out back where you could keep your bike or put a little table and chairs out.
My current flatmate has a cat so you need to be happy living with him too! He works at the University hybrid so sometimes working from home. Friendly and lovely guy, sometimes we have dinner together, sometimes just keep to ourselves. Big on reading and goes out to hang with friends.
There is street parking, it's permit parking from 09:30-10:30 Monday to Friday but otherwise free and I can always find a space very close by.
All bills are split equally, in conversation with my current flatmate.
The place is unfurnished but I'll only be taking furniture from the bedroom, and I'm happy to have a conversation about selling anything on you might want to keep.
