A bright double room is available in my home in Coalville, with its own separate bathroom just for you. The room comes furnished with a bed and bedding, and you’ll have use of the kitchen and the garden. The property is immaculately clean.

There is no parking on the drive. Parking is on the road outside only.

Rent is £625 a month for one person, with all bills included (wifi, gas, electricity, water and council tax). A deposit of £500 and a signed lodger agreement are required. Bills are included within normal usage. In winter (October to April), an additional contribution may be requested if gas and electricity use is unusually high, as set out in the lodger agreement.

Minimum rental term is 3 months. You will need your own contents insurance for your belongings.

I live in the house with four small Chihuahuas and a parrot, so this would suit someone who is comfortable around pets.
Smoking and vaping are allowed outside only.
