I bought the house 18 months ago as a restoration project and am now nearly finished The heating is gas fired, installed this year, so there is constant hot water on demand.

At the moment I live here during the week with my dog, but go home to Winchester at the weekends.

East Midland’s airport is 7 miles away.
The neighbours are really friendly and I have been made very welcome by the community.
Importantly there is a great pub within walking distance of the house. 😊
