Double room close to Castle rock school

I have a double bedroom with king sized bed and 2 side tables and canvas wardrobe. Close to Castle Rock High school, 10 mins to Amazon business park and 20mins to East Midlands Airport.

The room is in a 3 bed detached property with garden, garage, and off road parking. There is a large kitchen with washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher. A living room with a 3 seater and 2 seater sofa. 1 bathroom with bath and electric shower.

I am looking for a mature, clean, quiet, professional housemate, non smoker - vaping is fine, must be okay living with cats as I have my own cat who is an indoor/outdoor cat and very friendly.

All bills are included including, gas, elec, water, and high speed WiFi. There is no TV license for the property if you would like to watch live TV you will be required to purchase a TV license. The living room TV has Netflix, Amazon, Disney etc.

Info.. My name is Laura and I'm 41 years old, I work from home as a sports massage therapist mainly in the day sometimes I have the odd evening appointment, when I have clients the sitting room is out of use, as to access the sitting room you need to go through the therapy room. Due to the nature of my work the house share would be best suited for someone who works 9-5 or there abouts. I am a clean and tidy person and would expect the tenant to clean up after themselves as well as keeping the communal spaces and garden tidy.
I am a non drinker, non drug, quiet person, I enjoy fitness and the outdoors and hoping to find a tenant who also has a quiet life.
