I’ve recently moved into my first home, which is currently undergoing gradual modernisation. The bathroom has already been newly renovated, and further improvements throughout the house are planned.

The available bedroom is large, bright, and spacious, and comes with a new bed and mattress.
I’m a postgraduate MSc student who also works, and I have a small, friendly dog who visits at weekends.
The property includes a shared kitchen and living room. I value privacy and mutual respect and expect the same in return.
There is also the opportunity to make your room your own, as I’ll be redecorating over time. A new bathroom is being fitted very soon.
