Large spacious double room to rent in large friendly professional house, you won't be disappointed with the size of the rooms in our home.
This room is available from 16th June 2026.
The accommodation is a large double bedroom, furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, draws and a sofa. If you want to use your own furniture that is no problem. Use of shared bathroom with whirlpool bath, shower, sink and toilet. Realistically you’d be the only person mainly using the bathroom, I may have the odd bath but the shower is just for that room.
There is an open plan living/kitchen/dining area and plenty of off street parking.
Location is ideal for commuting to places such as Lutterworth, Rugby, Hinckley and Leicester. We are 5 miles from M1 Junction 20 and about 10/15 mintues from Fosse Park and M1 Juntion 21 area.
I do now have a 3 month old but I am advised that she can’t be heard in the room overnight.
Current lodger is moving due to buying a house.
We have Aldi, Morrisons and a Co-Op about 5 minutes drive away and theres Tesco, Asda and Sainsburys about 10 minute drive away so lots of choice for food shopping.
We are looking for a clean, tidy, friendly and respectable person.
