Furnished room for professional

Hi! I have a double room to rent.
Double bed and wardrobe in room (see images) and I have a tv I can put on the wall and also can purchase a bedside table.

The room has two plugs, the left hand bottom side of the bed. The other plug is the WiFi so that can’t be changed as it’s integrated.

The house itself is of fair size.
We would share the living space (it’s all open plan downstairs) and bathroom.

There is a downstairs WC too.

The garden is of nice size and I have garden furniture.

You will also have your own parking space on the drive way.

A few important things to note;
- I have a dog, he is very friendly and chilled. I would expect him to be acknowledged and treated with kindness.
- It’s a no pork household (not religious it just stinks)
- non smoking housemate only.
- no party animals, the environment is relaxed vibes only.
- someone who is NOT heavy handed. I have highly sensitive hearing and don’t want a housemate that slams about.
- our lifestyle values and beliefs must align, this may not be suitable for everyone.
- I WFH every Mon/Weds/Fri. Due to the nature of my job, we can’t both WFH those days.
- I am very particular about hygiene and cleanliness, especially in the kitchen. If your first action isn’t washing your hands before you use the kitchen then it won’t work out.


other than that I am very chilled, quiet and routined and am open to sharing the house with a likeminded peaceful professional who appreciates a nice home and environment.
