The room is fully furnished with a king-size bed, large fitted wardrobes, and two bedside cabinets, offering plenty of storage space. There is also a smart TV in the room—perfect for relaxing and enjoying Netflix.

The property features a spacious kitchen, dining area, and utility room, along with a large garden/patio area (smoking permitted outside).

There are excellent local amenities, including a gym, squash courts, tennis courts, and pickleball courts just a short walk away (approx. 200m), making it a great location for someone active.

The village has bus routes into Leicester, although services are less frequent, so the location is best suited to someone who drives or is happy with quieter village living.

I have two small dogs, so unfortunately this room would not be suitable for someone with pets.

This is a single occupancy room (one person only) and is not suitable for someone working from home.
