I am looking for a Female lodger to rent my spare room/share my home with- it’s a lovely large double with furniture included & views over the quiet garden.
I have a fairly busy social life, so not always home, therefore you will have the house to yourself sometimes..
My Partner stays over 2-3 evenings a week.
I have a friendly little dog (Pomeranian) so you must be an animal lover too as she is always home and loves attention.
All bills included. WIFI & cleaning.
Roadside parking at front of property.
No full time home working (part time considered)
The house is a convenient location, less than a 10 minute drive to Hinckley & Market Bosworth. Bus route into the city is a 5 minute walk away & convenience shops are also within walking distance and some lovely fields around us for walking.
You are welcome to bring your own small furniture/decor for the Bedroom if desired.
