Recently refurbished rooms to rent in extensively refurbished property.
I'm looking for another housemate who is neat, tidy and respectful for hassle free rent which includes all bills and unlimited fast broadband. It's a relatively quiet house with most of us being busy with work and mostly on quite different schedules.
The majority of the house is refurbished and in addition to the bills the rent includes use of shared areas incl: kitchen, bathroom, laundry facilities, garden, lounge, dining room, and conservatory.
My house has a maintained garden and large driveway.
I have an in-door pet cat who is very friendly.
Rent to be paid in full at the beginning of each month on a pre-agreed date.
