Large double room, Recently refurbished!!

Large double room.

I have someone going to be leaving soon, so the room has became available for some lucky person.

The large rooms with alot of space comes with it's own key and lock.

Double bed wardrobe etc. All bills included - WiFi, water, council tax, gas and electric. Hive central heating and even a washing machine and tumbler dryer (which I know most house shares dont have a tumbler dryer) for you to use as you wish.

There is a living room sofa/dinning room (not in the picture forgot to take one with sofa in it), kitchen and bathroom.

The house has very recently been renovated with new paint and brand new thick carpets etc, new bathroom and 2 fridges to help with storage of food as I know what people in shared spaces want as I lived in them for years.

Very rarely any more then 2 people in the house, normally you will have the house to yourself. So, perfect for people who don't want to share with alot of people and like some peace and quiet with the odd social chat.

Very relaxed house and perfect for a male of female looking for a room

No drugs or illegal stuff allowed at all.

Potential to move in sooner if required.
