A large double room with wooden floors is available in a spacious 7-room private house in a fantastic town centre location.

Unlike a typical HMO, this is a private home where you will be the only lodger, giving you the run of a large house without the noise and disruption of multiple housemates.

The room has just become available again following a short-term let, so I'm once more looking for the right long-term lodger.

7 rooms in total, lovely garden, free street parking and fast broadband.

What's included:
All utility bills and fast internet included. Council Tax Band A, liability depends on your circumstances.

Location:
Supermarkets, shops, restaurants, gyms and two parks all within easy walking distance. Hinckley train station also within walking distance.

Looking for:
I'm holding out for the right fit, a tidy, easy-going lodger who enjoys a peaceful home. No smokers or pets please. My previous lodger is happy to provide a glowing reference for both myself and the property.
