I'm a software engineer in my late thirties with plenty of experience hosting lodgers. I'm renting out a beautiful, private ensuite room in my home, located in leafy Knighton, Leicester's historic village area.

The Household:
You’ll be sharing with me (Phil) and one other housemate who is currently training to be a helicopter pilot. They are out of the house for most of the working day flying, studying, or working, so the house is typically very quiet and peaceful during the week.
