Rent Is free! But I will take a £500 deposit.
There's private parking on drive. Bathroom and kitchen are shared.
The place is being renovated so while your room and the bathroom will be clean and dust free, some parts of the rest of the house definitely wont be, at least not always.
In exchange for free accomodation Id like you to teach me something, wether its a skill, a trait, a language, or anything of your choice! For example I'd love to learn Spanish, learn how to cook, perhaps rope skipping, dancing, learn how to play an instrument, or anything really!
Short stays only, up to 3 months, I can help you move as I have a minivan.
I prefer someone similar age to me, non smokers.
