Lovely Double Room avl in Knighton/Stoneygate Area

I have a lovely double room free in an apartment in LE2, off London Road, near the Co-op, off the main road in a quiet road on Knighton Drive.

Apartment is large, well decorated, with a small double free, with double bed, all mod cons in the flat. The flat is sharing with one other professional, health care professional, but they work away alot, so you will have the flat to yourself a good bit.

Looking for someone reliable, clean, easy to get along with.

Happy to consider students, postgrads, professionals, and others, no set person, only a good flatmate and sharer.

Rent is £450 per month, which is very reasonable, bills are on top, but only 50% allocation, students and trainees dont pay Council tax, so bills depend on your status, but if working estimate £200 is, if a student less. Bills include electric, wifi, water, then Council Tax, and so on, so fairly reasonable. Flat is very warm in winter, perhaps too warm in summer, so heating goes off half the year, which really reduces the bills.

Location wise, Leicester University is about 20 minutes walk away, a bus is 5 minutes down London Road. Leicester General Hospital is very close, there is a hopper bus, 10 minutes to hospital, LRI, again bus goes direct. Oadby is 10 minutes by bus. City Centre Leicester, 15-20 minutes by Bus and train station 10ish minutes by bus - all direct routes.
