Double Room available in lovely Victorian Villa

We have a really nice house close to town and just off London road. The house has tons of lovely Victorian character. The room available is a character. beautiful, very substantial large double and is available from mid July at £595 pcm.

The house is on the edge of Victoria Park, it is quiet with all the facilities you need and in walking distance to the university and city centre. Bills are included and also council tax and broadband.

We are a considerate, friendly and supportive household that understands personal space too. The large dimensions of the property mean you never feel on top of each other. Please though no smokers at the house or in the vicinity.

The people who live here are a male banking professional , a female counsellor and myself, a male photographer, pro guitarist musician, video and record producer. There is a positive philosophical focus in the house with the emphasis on people being kind, considerate and flexible. I am a Buddhist meditation practitioner here at the core of that. Everyone loves living here and if you want any recommendations from past housemates they will happily have a chat.

Professionals of any age or mature students with a friendly, considerate and caring attitude fit in well here.
