Front and rear garden space with seating area and conservatory as well as lounge. House faces onto pavement with the willowbrook park outside the front door. Serene location.
The attic room is currently taken by Julie, interior design student at dmu.

The smaller bedroom is available for 450 from march 10th onwards
The larger room is available for 475 from march 10th onwards

Thurnby local shops ect. Willow brook park right outside front door.

Other Tennant’s are Julie who is a studen at DMU, klaudia who is a chef. and myself who works 9-5 most days. All 24-29 years of age

House has CCTV, unlimited virgin internet. I also provide washing up liquid and dishwasher tabs. As found are the things everyone hates buying.

Washer, dryer, dishwasher, garden. Off street car park just down the path as the house faces a park.

Nice quiet area with lots of parks/fields just outside the city about 10-15 min to centre. Good bus routes also
