Infinity Living 140 Regent Road welcomes you to our brand new luxury all en-suite rooms and studios. Set prestigiously overlooking Victoria Park and ideally located within a minute’s walk of University of Leicester and a short walk to the city centre.

We provide spacious fully furnished accommodation complete with luxury bathrooms and Smart LED Televisions, all inclusive of all utilities and super high-speed fibre internet. Most of our rooms come with park views and we also have on site secure parking subject to availability.

We have four room categories, based upon size and many of our rooms have park views:

Standard room £145/week
Premium room £155/week
Deluxe room £165/week
Studios £185/week

All our rooms have their own private en-suites.

Please note all rooms are currently occupied so if you need a room immediately we do not have availability. The next available room is from 10 November 2022 which is a premium category en suite.

We are now accepting bookings for the 2023/2024 Academic Year.
