Large Double Room to Rent - 10 mins walk from city

** Room is available from 8th August as I’m away until 7th August **

Hey - I am a 38 Year old single gay male looking to rent out one of my spare rooms. I’m a mature student and have just finished my second year of a Film Production course.

The house is a 10 min walk to the city centre and De Montford Uni, and around 25 mins walk to the LRI, rugby and football ground.

The room has a comfy double bed as well as a shelved cupboard and clothes rail, and you'd be free to use the rest of the house as your own. The house has a cosy living room and Dining Room with a 6 seater Dinner Table, I also have Sky TV, Fibre Broadband (and a PS5 :))

I have a 3 year old dog called Nelson so whoever takes the room would have to be an animal lover as I work some evening shifts so there would be times you’d be in the house with the him alone.

I’m looking for someone clean and tidy, either a fellow student or someone in a stable job. I’m also a smoker so would need to live with someone who isn't against that.

I go away regularly to visit my friends in other cities so there would be plenty of times you'd have the house all to yourself.
