Large Double Room in Great City Centre Location

The room will be available from the 19th July

All bills included, the desk / TV and rugs etc will be leaving with my current house mate. However the bed, wardrobe etc is included with the room as well as desk and chair

We are a sociable house and we all get on very well so ideally looking for someone to become more of a friend, that’s being said everyone is usual pretty busy in the week. Currently in the house is myself and my partner my long term friend (male) and long term lodger who has become a friend (female).

Price includes use of the whole house (it’s 4 storey), there are large communal areas, lounge / kitchen etc that are kept tidy and a private outdoor seating area for in summer with a newly built sofa and bbq area. There is also an extra fridge and a utility room with a washing / dryer .

I work from home so am in most of the week. The house is in the new walk area so has great access to town and queens road.

I do have a small extremely friendly dog (he weights 2.6kg) who I’ve also included in the photos. The bathroom photoed is shared with my female housemate and noone else really uses it.

Happy to look at short or long term leases or something on a trial basis.
