One of the current housemates is moving in with his girlfriend and that’s why the room is available. You will be sharing with a great bunch of housemates. All working professionals who came to me through Spareroom or recommendations.

All bedrooms come with a bed, wardrobe, desk and a computer chair. All the bedrooms have TV points, double glazed windows and are newly redecorated before new housemate moves in. The available room has been fitted with new curtains and carpets recently.

The communal sitting room is newly decorated each year and it has a table you can sit round when eating together.

The house benefits from a modern kitchen with new built in oven, gas hob and extractor hood. The kitchen also has a new dishwasher, new washing machine and 2 large fridge freezers. There are lots of storage cupboards and each person has their own cupboard for food.

Two new bathrooms were fitted last year.
