Hi there,

We’re looking for two relaxed, friendly housemates, looking for a place to call home.

The house is spacious, cozy, and great for relaxing and socialising and includes:

Living Room
A comfy space for chilling out, movie nights, gaming etc

- Keyboard
- Comfy sofa + footstool
- PS5
- Superfast internet 950mbps

Kitchen Diner
We spend a lot of time together here, with a large table it's easy to grab a beer or chat whilst cooking or just chilling.

- Large dining table
- American-style fridge freezer
- Loads of storage

Garden
Our outdoor space is perfect for relaxing etc especially in Summer and is a great sun trap. It includes:

- Fire Pit (plenty of wood/stuff to burn)
- BBQ
- Comfortable seating
- A clothesline if preferred
- An outhouse/small bar area.

About the Rooms

The Large Downstairs Room

- A large bay window that lets in lots of natural light
- Lovely fireplace
- High ceilings
- Double bed
- Desk (if required)
- Plenty of storage

The Main Bedroom

- A large bay window and bay window seat.
- Plenty of fitted wardrobes inc (Dressing Table & Mirror)
- High ceilings
- Double bed
- Desk (if required)
- Plenty of storage

Both rooms will come fully furnished unless otherwise preferred.

The best positives about the house for me is how spacious it feels and that it feels like a house as opposed to a rental (which it is). Also, we are chilled an friendly and looking for someone who will fit in and enjoy.
