It is a terrace house, with a quiet, and respectful set up, the neighbours. So would suit a like minded, mature, personality.

The room is equipped with an ergonomic desk and adjustable office chair, bed and bedside drawer, built in closet, and a shelving unit. Shared areas of the house include the dining room lounge, kitchen and bathroom and back garden.

The rent includes bills ( gas, elec, water, council tax, TV licence and broadband). High usage of gas and electric in winter months would incur additional costs.
