My lodger is moving out in March. I am seeking a new lodger to rent the master bedroom in the house. The very spacious, king size room is located in the West End. It is an ideal location, away from the hustle and bustle, on a quiet residential street but also within walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants on Braunstone Gate. Tesco Superstore is the nearest supermarket.
It is a terrace house, with a quiet, friendly and respectful set up, the neighbours either side are also quiet. This is not a party house so would suit a like minded, mature, personality. The room is equipped with an ergonomic desk and adjustable office chair. Shared areas of the house include the dining room, kitchen and bathroom.
The rent includes bills ( gas, elec, water and broadband) but high usage of gas and electric would incur additional costs.
If you are a quiet, clean and respectful working professional then this could be the home for you. I am rarely at home so you would have the place to yourself. The room suits an independent person who is happy in their own company.
Deposit of £750 is required to secure the room. References required.
