Double Room available in a nice refurbished home. All doors fitted with locks. You will share the house with a couple and our 2 small friendly dogs, kitchen bathroom shared. We are located in Leicester Forest East so close to M1 for commuting. All bills are Included, we are seeking a professional working person preferably. Close to good bus routes and local shops. We also have the second room you can use as a lounge room for your sole use if required or for any guests that want to stay over. You could also create your own kitchenette in this room if you wanted too. If you want both rooms we can discuss the cost of this. Female may be better suited as our lodger.
