I’m moving out at the end of April and am looking for someone to take over my lovely room in a well-located flat right in the heart of Leicester.

The room is stunning, bright, and very spacious, featuring large windows that stretch from one end of the room to the other, allowing plenty of natural sunlight to fill the space throughout the day. It comes with a comfortable king-sized bed with built-in storage and large double wardrobes offering lots of room for your belongings.

You’ll also have your own private bathroom, along with access to a shared kitchen. The flat includes WiFi and is in an excellent central location — just an 8-minute walk to the train station and only 6 minutes to the city centre, making it ideal for commuters and city living.

I’m looking for someone who is clean, tidy, and mature, and who will take good care of the space.
