Spacious room available in Stoneygate/Victoria Park area. Easy access to public transport, train station and city center.

We’re preferably looking for a female housemate, as the other woman in the house would feel more comfortable not being the only girl in the house.

Currently, in the house, there are 2 professionals, 1 student and a loving and extremely friendly cat:)
There's parking on the street but you'll need to apply for a annual permit (easy and quick, Zone S)
The furniture in the room can be rearranged. We can also remove some items on request.
