Student Room, Liberty Park in Leicester 135pw

We are looking for a replacement tenant to take over the contract for a 44 week student accommodation room with Unite Students at Liberty Park in Leicester. The contract would run from the 18.09.2026 to 23.07.2027.

The room is in a flat of from the large high double room category with a double bed and ensuite bathroom. There is a communal kitchen and living room. There are four other rooms in the flat. Liberty Park is a modern student accommodation with gym, laundry facilities, 24h reception and in walking distance to Uni of Leicester and De Montfort as well as a Lidl nearby. The rent is 135£ a month including all bills. Student accommodation so no council tax.

In addition to doing us a huge solid we are offering 100£ cash in hand when taking over this contract instead of booking through Unite Students. Please note that Unite students will have to approve of any replacement tenant so only students and unfortunately no couples.
