We have a lovely bungalow in leafy Evington with a good sized garden and off-road parking. It is a 10 minute walk from the Leicester General Hospital and a couple of minutes walk from the 22(a/b/e) bus stop with a frequent, 20 min, service to the city centre.

The rent is £580/m for a single person or £680/m for a couple.

The minimum rental period is one month.

Currently we have three lodgers, a professional couple (who are moving out) and a single professional male.

I am a retired professional female and use the master bedroom between two and four nights per week. The master bedroom has its own ensuite so the bathroom shown in the photos is to be used only by the lodgers.

The room opens onto a courtyard garden which shared with the other lodger. If you are a keen gardener you would be welcome to also make use of the main garden.

We have fibre broadband and a quooker tap.
