I have a rare self-contained studio flat available from mid-August.

The studio includes its own private shower room, toilet and kitchen, equipped with a microwave, air fryer and electric hob. It is also fully furnished with a single bed, two-seater dining table, computer desk and chair, and a TV that can also be used as an additional monitor.

There is no washing machine available. However there is a laundry shop on Narborough road 3 minutes walk.

All utility bills are included in the rent. There is no need for the tenant to register for council tax separately, as we can simply add your name to the existing council tax account.

The studio has its own private entrance, allowing you to come and go independently without needing to pass through or interact with the other two occupants of the house.

The initial tenancy is for a minimum term of six months, with the option to continue on a rolling monthly basis thereafter, subject to mutual agreement.

Please note that we are considering marketing the property for sale in the near future. Should this happen, your tenancy agreement will remain in place and any viewings will be kept to a minimum. They will always be arranged in advance at a mutually convenient time to ensure as little disruption as possible. Your privacy and enjoyment of the studio will be fully respected throughout your tenancy.
