Being in the heart of the UK, the city is very well connected - perfect if you need a day out or to visit family. Leicester sits near to the M1 motorway, allowing you to easily drive up and down England. The city is also on the Midland Main Line, allowing you to reach London in around an hour, and Nottingham in about 30 minutes. When travelling inside the city, buses are the main form of public transport - covering the majority of the city.
